Delivery

All orders placed before Midday are processed the same day where items are in stock.  We expect to ship your order within 48 hours of processing.  Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time to ask a question about delivery methods, or to track the progress of your order, at sales@fightclothing.co.uk.   If you need to receive your order before a certain time of day, please just ask us and we will be happy to give you a price to deliver the item before 9, or before 12.

UK Mainland

£3.99 as standard; deliveries on this service usually arrive within 3-4 working days. A premium service for Next day can be requested at a cost of £5.50. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (up to 1kg).  Please allow up to 20 days, for unforeseen circumstances.  Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature. Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery; this is solely your responsibility.  If no person is available to sign for your delivery a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question. 

Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Island etc:

£3.99 as standard.  On orders weighing up to 3kg in total. Orders are all dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will generally arrive within 2 - 5 working days from the date you place your order.  Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances.  Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature.  Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery.  If no person is available to sign for your delivery a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact Royal Mail.

Republic of Ireland and Europe:

£7.50 as standard.  On orders weighing up to 3kg in total. Orders are all dispatched by Royal Mail Delivery and will generally arrive from 3 - 7 working days from the date you place your order. 

Payment and Stock Availability
Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the goods.

Once you have chosen your goods, you can proceed to checkout and pay for your order by credit or debit card through our secure Protx payment server.  If you choose to mail a cheque or postal order for your payment your order will not be processed until we are in receipt of your cheque or postal order.

Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.  As we process and ship your order you will receive further e-mails explaining your order status.

At all times until despatch you have the right to cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and policy at that time.

Order Errors / Damaged or faulty goods

Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.  We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available.  You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing you return the item via the method we advise. 

Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.

Returns

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

There is a £3 handling charge included in all orders to cover admin, which is non-refundable in case of unwanted items.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, minus the £3 handling charge, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.

If you require an exchange, you must enclose £3.99 either in cash, cheque or postal order to cover the re-delivery cost back to you.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the 2% handling fee and the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the £3 handling fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.

Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

No refunds can be given until return goods have been received.
